Whatever your needs are, he will customise a yoga programme to suit your requirements.

Ian can teach in the comfort of your own space, be it your living room, or corporate boardroom. He also has a comfortable and quiet space at his home  in Centurion, if you prefer to “get away” from your rushed environment. Either way, he tries to create the most relaxed atmosphere for you.
